Amy Arden

Amy Arden is a digital strategist with 10+ years of experience leading customer experience (CX) and design initiatives for federal agencies, nonprofits, and Fortune 500 companies. Her expertise includes digital transformation, strategic communications and public relations, multi-channel marketing, and stakeholder engagement. She is an accomplished speaker, having presented at multiple industry conferences.

A lifelong nature lover, Amy began her career in nonprofit communications in Washington, D.C. She holds a master’s degree from the University of Kent, England, and is currently pursuing graduate studies in sustainability management and policy through Penn State.  Amy sees strong connections between human-centered design, social good, and sustainable innovation. She is delighted to serve on the WHE board and support the organization’s mission as WHE navigates the challenges and opportunities of the evolving digital landscape.
