With a master’s degree in finance and a solid foundation in executive compensation, benefits and HR operations, Crystal brings a unique blend of financial acumen and HR expertise.
Throughout her career, Crystal has consistently demonstrated a passion for driving organizational effectiveness, promoting diversity and inclusion, and cultivating a culture of continuous learning. Crystal is currently the Director of HR and Benefits Administration at WVU Medicine.
