Join Women for a Healthy Environment as we host Breathe Pennsylvania’s Jessica Schuman who will be speaking on the topic of allergies, asthma, and classroom inclusion.
In the session, participants will define and differentiate asthma and allergy; describe allergy symptoms and treatment; and explain the impact on children.
Participants will review environmental triggers and explore ways to reduce and or eliminate these triggers before school performance and behavior are impacted.
There is no prior asthma and allergy knowledge, or experience required.
