Patricia Salapa is a committed human resources professional with a broad knowledge of human resources programs and policies. She is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a B.A. in Communication and Business Administration, and a Certified Compensation Professional. Patricia holds a strong record of achievement over her 25 years of experience in the compensation and human resources fields, working in various executive positions for organizations including Innitra, Ralph Lauren Corporation, and most recently at the Pittsburgh National Corporation (PNC). She currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Senior Management Compensation. Patricia has a demonstrated ability to implement and manage large scale initiatives related to leadership development, short-term and long-term incentive plans, performance management and HR technology solutions.
